As Pebble is getting older she is noticing Nemo much more and is at the stage were she wants to play with everything he's into. Now Pebble can crawl she can chase after him and get her hands on his duplo creations! Usually Nemo is very good about this! I just love the little relationship they are building!
Here is Nemo and Pebble meeting for the first time. Nemo got a doll last Christmas from his childminder which makes noises when you press it's tummy. For a while when we first had Pebble Nemo kept pushing Pebbles tummy to make her make a noise!
I have been lucky not to have dealt with jealousy Nemo loved his sister from the very beginning!
They love playing together. Nemo's so funny, sometimes his does need reminding to share the toys, but when he takes a toy and gets praise for giving it back, he then starts giving her piles of toys!
So lucky to have these monkeys.
I was so glad to get this photo, on walks Nemo and Pebble will sometimes hold hands. It is so sweet!
I know they will argue and wind each other up but I hope they stay close as they grow older.
I'm am lucky to have an older sister, older brother and younger brother. They are all amazing people in different ways and it's nice to have different relationships with all of them.
Me and my older brother were very good at winding each other up as we grew up. (And probably still are!) We are in some ways quite different; my older brother isn't a very tactile person however I am so naturally I like to give him massive hugs! He is also probably more sensible then me! I suspect however we may be more simular that either of us would like to admit! I always knew he loved me though, he wouldn't be that vocal about it but would make the nicest gestures sometimes. I remember once probably when I was about 11 he bought me a tiny silver looking grandfathers clock in this nice black case. Considering my brother was about 15 at the time it was a really sweet gift! It has been nice having children at the same time as my older brother (he has the twins) as we have more common ground now!
Here is me and my big brother when we were little....
